If you want to easily switch servers, with a variety of options, you should select a VPN with a larger collection of servers.
The more servers a VPN has the better their servers are expected to perform because the server loads will be spread out evenly during peak hours.
TorGuard has a collection of 3,000 servers that are based in 50 different countries at the time of writing this PIA vs TorGuard comparison.
